Totally Adicted is the first 'best of' compilation album by The Adicts. It only features songs licensed from Dwed Wecords and Razor Records, meaning it doesn't feature any songs from their most recent album, Twenty-Seven. This is the first release to feature The Adicts' cover of "I Wanna Be Sedated" by the Ramones.
